Leyla Salam

Biography

Leyla is primarily involved in the incorporation of companies, drafting and reviewing agreements in various corporate activities.

She also handles Real Estate, Civil and Commercial disputes and is experienced in litigation proceedings in the mentioned fields, preparing case briefs, conducting legal research and filing of legal documentation and submissions including memorandums and pleadings.

She has developed the necessary skills needed for providing efficient legal assistance on diverse commercial and corporate related matters to individuals and companies and handling their daily legal matters and contentious cases.

Leyla practices in the area of Corporate Law, Civil Law, Banking & Finance, Construction and Administrative Law.
