Biography

Fouad is the founding and managing partner at Fouad El Haj & affiliates law firm having over 20 years of experience. Fouad advises clients in a large number of fields and provides legal advice for them in all legal aspects, most particularly in complex law matters including but not limited to Corporate, Investment, Banking & Finance, Wealth structuring and Real Estate sectors.

Having extensive expertise and leading corporate skills, Fouad works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors on domestic and cross-border transactions including but not limited to Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments, Private Equity, Taxation, Compliance and Corporate Governance and Joint Ventures.

Fouad’s sharp thinking methodical approach to each matter is reassuring and builds confidence that every conflict will be skillfully managed. He is renowned for his ability to efficiently solve disputes and conflicts and for skillfully handling complex cases in various industries.

He was president of Kaytouli Municipality, his hometown and is the president of the NGO Jezzine Foundation for Culture and Heritage member and a board member of the NGO The Rural Initiative.

He is also committed to his corporate social responsibility as he provided several Pro Bono representation in different legal matters.
